My latest acquisition arrived last week, and I've been having a great time listening to "Jimmy Buffett Live in Hawaii" a 3 CD set featuring 29 favorites all recorded live at the Waikiki Shell in 2005. The recording quality of this one is superb -- as good as studio recording -- so you can follow each instrument. Of particular note is the third platter, a DVD, which features 16 minutes of video footage, three songs and intros, that give you the true flavor of a Hawaiian concert.

You can grab this collection from Amazon for under eight bucks by clicking the "New & Used" button. (Retail $17.97) My only complaint is the rendition of "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" isn't up to par with Jimmy's other versions, but then again, how can you expect it to without Alan Jackson along. Oh well.

Top stuff folks! I recommend it highly.
