The clock is ticking...we all will be saying farewell to 2008 and will be welcoming 2009.
Hey Parrot Heads,
Starting January 1st, 2009 there will be new and exciting happenings coming your way. I'm really excited about getting this "Party With A Purpose" on its way.
On January 1st, 2009 the registration for "Floridays" the
18th Annual Meeting of the Minds,
November 5th - November 8th
... will be up and running at www.phip.com/motm (Registration).
I would like to take this time to introduce you to our new Registration Chair, Rick Fyffe for MOTM 2009.
We will be closing registration at 3500 people or by September 15, 2009.

Fruitcakes: we got'em
LIQUID ASSETSThe Sleeper
1/2 oz Absolut Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Margaritaville Tequila
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Captain Morgan Rum
2 oz 7-Up
2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up and stir gently.
Tequila Zombie -
This drink is a simple and delicoius drink to try this New Year's.
1 shot Absolut Vodka
1 shot Jose Cuervo Tequila
1 splash of Creme de Menthe
1 shot Captain Morgan Rum
2 shots Grapefruit Juice
2 shots Orange Juice
Pour the alcohol in a cocktail shaker and shake. Next add the two juices and mix well. Strain over ice in a tall glass. Also, remember to use just a little Creme de Menthe, you do not need to use too much.
FRUITCAKESYou know I was talking to my friend Desdemona the other day. She runs this space station and bake shop down near boomtown. She told me that human beings are flawed individuals. The cosmic bakers took us out of the oven a little too early -- and thats the reason were as crazy as we are.
And I believe it.
