The 6th Annual PHINS to the WEST
You've heard about it on Margaritaville Radio, from phriends and in advertisements, the Premier West Coast meeting of Tropical Revealers is only 4 months away -- registration is now open.
This year's event will be held on May 1-3, 2009 at the AVI Resort and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada.
Providing a "Best value" event, you will see no price change in the registration. As in the past 2 years the cost per person will still be $ 225 (double occupancy).

* 2 nights accommodations at the AVI Resort (Friday/Saturday)
* 3 Buffet Meals
* Entrance to all Entertainment Venues

Fruitcakes: we got'em
LIQUID ASSETSThe Sleeper
1/2 oz Absolut Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Margaritaville Tequila
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Captain Morgan Rum
2 oz 7-Up
2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up and stir gently.
Tequila Zombie -
This drink is a simple and delicoius drink to try this New Year's.
1 shot Absolut Vodka
1 shot Jose Cuervo Tequila
1 splash of Creme de Menthe
1 shot Captain Morgan Rum
2 shots Grapefruit Juice
2 shots Orange Juice
Pour the alcohol in a cocktail shaker and shake. Next add the two juices and mix well. Strain over ice in a tall glass. Also, remember to use just a little Creme de Menthe, you do not need to use too much.
FRUITCAKESYou know I was talking to my friend Desdemona the other day. She runs this space station and bake shop down near boomtown. She told me that human beings are flawed individuals. The cosmic bakers took us out of the oven a little too early -- and thats the reason were as crazy as we are.
And I believe it.
